返金ポリシー

Items are eligible for returns and exchanges for 30 days after it has been delivered. Contact us at shop.ArtandAlchemy@gmail.com within that time frame to authorize the return or exchange. 

The items must be in the original, unopened condition from when it was received in order for it to be accepted. Provide pictures of the items wished to be returned/exchanged as proof of condition. 

Exchanges are only acceptable if the received product is damaged, defective, or even if it's the wrong item that was sent to you. 

- Non-refundable Items -
I cannot accept returns/refunds for any and all custom charms you have ordered that have already been made and delivered. If you wish to refund your custom charm, you must do so and request that refund before I send it to be produced. 

- Refunds -
You will be notified once I have received and inspected your return. When approved, you'll be automatically refunded the original price of the item returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
